After being sorted, the berries are poured into thermoregulated concrete vats. No sulphite has been added to our wine since 2019. Alcoholic fermentation will occur in the vats for 20 to 29 days, at 27-28 °C. Next, following the malolactic fermentation, the free-run wine is transferred to barrels, where it is matured for 12 months, during which time regular tastings ensure optimal monitoring.
An illustrious representative of the Saint-Émilion appellation, our Grand Cru enjoys a dominance of merlot. It features a deep garnet colour, blissfully flavoured dark berries and silky tannins.
Our wines will be further magnified by proper cellaring.
