Château Roylland, always keen to innovate in order to develop the aromas of its wine, has acquired porcelain ceramic amphoras.
This method of vinification and storage, known since ancient times, is making a comeback today thanks to its many advantages.
Vinification in ceramic amphorae, a neutral material, allows for gentle micro-oxygenation of the wine, which tempers the tannins brought by the barrel.
The final blend will produce a silky wine with a very pure expression of fruit and offer a more direct interpretation of the terroir.
See you at the first tasting of the 2024 vintage (currently ageing) when it is bottled.
